What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

stevietpfl: I’m going to focus on 3-entry-max contests tonight. I want to be overweight on the Yankees and Mariners. Seattle is close to clinching the AL West and draws a fantastic matchup tonight. New York is 1 game back of Toronto for the AL East. With both teams in great matchups and playing for something, I like the upside in both spots. This pitching slate is loaded, and I think the ownership will spread out after Luis Castillo. Outside of Castillo, I like Jacob deGrom, Garrett Crochet, Max Fried, and Hunter Brown.

stlcardinals84: I am rolling with 8–10 entries in the larger-field GPP contests tonight. I prefer focusing my exposure on the American League teams that have plenty to play for yet, meaning teams like the Yankees, Mariners, Astros, and Red Sox are all on my radar. It also helps that those teams all have pretty good offensive matchups tonight, except maybe the Red Sox. I will be overweight on these teams, with Garrett Crochet as my preferred upside SP1 despite his tough opponent.

TJ Zwarych: I’ll likely just play one lineup in single-entry contests, and although the Yankees are certainly the top stack, I’ll probably pivot off them in my one lineup. The Astros are my top large-field target, and I’ll fade Luis Castillo as well. Garrett Crochet is expensive but affordable alongside the Astros.
