Happy Tuesday! We’ve got a good looking 10-game slate that has a pretty even mix of everything. We have ace pitchers, along with a solid mid-tier as well as some value arms, with no shortage of upside offense on the other side. It looks like the weather is going to cooperate again tonight, so let’s dive right in and see what we find.

Tuesday Pitching: MLB DFS Picks on FanDuel & DraftKings
I can split the pitchers up quickly into three tiers, and while there is always room for disagreement, I’m finding it reasonably easy to settle on a primary pool for this Tuesday night slate.
TOP TIER TRIO
Chris Sale vs. Rockies – 32.4% K, 5.6% BB, 2.58 ERA, 2.77 SIERA
Paul Skenes at Cubs – 32.3% K, 6.2% BB, 2.23 ERA, 2.83 SIERA
Luis Castillo at A’s – 24.6% K, 6.6% BB, 3.65 ERA, 3.78 SIERA
We have a very clear top three with Chris Sale leading the way. Sale and Paul Skenes have two of the most elite skill sets in the league this season, but Sale has been the most consistent ace, and he has a significant pitch count advantage over Skenes. Sale has a remarkable 14 straight starts, allowing 2 ERs or less, and now he gets to face the Rockies at home. He is still getting his 100+ pitches, while Skenes has started to see his workload drop off quickly. There is no rule that the Pirates can’t let Skenes go deeper anytime they want, but after back-to-back starts under 90 pitches, I’m assuming they are going to keep him there. I don’t think I can afford to pair them together, and even with the salary gap, Sale is far enough in front to prioritize. Between the skills, the consistency, and the matchup, Sale is a Don’t Overthink It SP1.
The third ace in the discussion is…
