Tuesday, April 24th
EARLY SLATE
Unless I am missing something, it appears that only FanDuel has a slate with the early games on it. They have a four-gamer over there starting at 5:10 PM EST, so let’s touch on that very briefly before heading on to the Main Slate.
If you are playing cash games on this slate, there isn’t exactly a clear path here. Jose Berrios probably projects with the highest overall score, but that is simply due to the other options at our disposal. He is certainly not worth a $9,600 price tag against a great Yankees lineup, especially when the gap in projection isn’t that big between him and the other options. I will say that I absolutely love Berrios in tournaments considering how good he is against righties. He might very well only see three lefties today, which puts his ceiling on a level that no one else can touch on this small slate.
