Jacob deGrom vs. Miami Marlins
Since we are now going on the third day that deGrom should be starting, I am guessing you all are somewhat tired of reading about why he is a good play. So I promise I will try to keep this concise by copying some numbers I used yesterday but adding in some minor slate thoughts.
Let’s get the copying and pasting out of the way. Here are his numbers for 2018 overall.
188 IP, 28 starts, 31.3% K%, 15.1% SwStr%, 5.7% BB%, 2.90 SIERA, 45.1% GB%, 28% Hard%
Guess what? That is really good. Hooray deGrom!
