We have 6 games on the main slate for both FanDuel and DraftKings, with both sites leaving off the two later games on the NBA schedule. While the games are limited, the injury report isn’t. Some of the big names who will be missing tonight include Giannis Antetokounmpo and Victor Wembanyama, and we could see one big name come back if Trae Young is active for the Hawks. The lineups and inactive lists should be fluid throughout the day and into the night, so it will be critical to stay on top of the starting lineups as they are announced for each window of games.

Damian Lillard

DraftKings: $9,200
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton are both out for Milwaukee facing Orlando at home tonight, which means it should be Dame Time for the Bucks. Lillard averages 1.2 DK points per minute this season, but that jumps to 1.46 DK points per minute when both Giannis and Middleton are off the court. Lillard gets the biggest usage bump on the team (7.9% increase) without Giannis and Middleton – the next best on the team is the 4.9% increase that Bobby Portis sees.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
FanDuel: $10,800
DraftKings: $10,100
There should be plenty of value available, so much so that it starts to cancel each other out, but the team with the highest implied point total is Oklahoma City facing San Antonio, and they are seeing very little projected ownership. Part of that is due to the uncertainty on the status of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams, who both returned from injury last night. SGA put up 40 real-life points against Sacramento last night, so I’ll happily start my lineup with him and swap down to Damian Lillard or Josh Giddey if SGA is declared out after lock.
