NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Friday, November 29

Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

Notorious: De’Aaron Fox (FD) / Jayson Tatum (DK)
Dean78904: De’Aaron Fox (FD) / Jayson Tatum (DK)
tcsmith031: De’Aaron Fox
TJ Zwarych: De’Aaron Fox (FD) / Jayson Tatum (DK)

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I love small-field and single-entry tournaments. We have a decent amount of value on the slate, which makes it easier to fit a couple of superstars in each lineup. I want to be overweight on the Celtics and Thunder given their favorable matchups. I plan to have one of Jayson Tatum or Jaylen Brown in each lineup, and one of Jalen Williams and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in each lineup.

Dean78904: I will mostly focus on single-entry and large buy-in small-field contests. I want to play at least one Celtic in every lineup. Right now, I’m strongly considering a BOS/CHI game stack (3-4 players). Both teams are fully motivated, as this is a very important NBA Cup game. It easily has the highest total on the board. If this game can stay close, you’re likely to want a piece of it.

tcsmith031: I’ll be playing single-entry tournaments. Teams like the Celtics and Kings project very well, but those are hardly the only appealing spots to target. In general, I try to diversify my lineups so that I’m not too heavily invested in just a couple of spots. I’ll set a global max-2 rule for the Celtics. It’s tougher to avoid pairing De’Aaron Fox with Malik Monk with DeMar DeRozan out, so that’s a chalk pairing I’m likely to use.

TJ Zwarych: I’m playing 150 lineups tonight, and I can’t deny that I’ll be overweight on the highest-pOWN% teams like the Kings and Celtics. However, I’ll be heavily targeting the Raptors, Magic, and Nets as well, who all have plenty of lower-pOWN% options with high upside today.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
