What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I prefer small-field and single-entry tournaments. For a 2-game slate, we have a lot of injuries that we need to monitor leading up to lock. I’m going to be very flexible with my roster since so much of the slate hinges on those injuries.

headChopper: On such a small slate, I’m more inclined to throw a single hand-built roster into some single-entry, small-field GPPs. These types of slates are tough to get different on, and it usually comes down to just one player performing above expectations. Early indications are that Philly will be very chalky, so limiting my exposure to them is key. Several players could be the leading scorer tonight, and I’ll take a chance on a lower-owned guy in that tier to pair with Bam Adebayo.

ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – I’ll relax my rules a bit for the smaller slate and allow for more players from each team in my lineups. I’ll game-stack more than usual and hope for one game to separate from the others. I’ll also play lower-projected players than I would on a main slate, as long as they have the potential for a spike in scoring if there is foul trouble, a blowout, etc.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
