What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I love small-field and single-entry tournaments. Game 1s are always fun because we don’t know the coaching tendencies and rotations for each team yet. We also have a fresh set of matchups. My way to get different will be to target players who struggled in the First Round but have a better matchup this time around. Two players on my radar are Jrue Holiday and Kristaps Porzingis.

headChopper: I want to get away from multi-entry tonight, so I’m running one lineup and building it specifically for small-field contests. I’m getting different by playing Nikola Jokic, who looks far lower-owned based on pOWN% than I would have expected on a 2-game slate. After that, I’m erasing the images I had from Round 1 because Round 2 is a completely different matchup for all of these teams.

TJ Zwarych: I’ll be playing 1 lineup in single-entry contests, and I plan to play as much of the DEN/OKC game as possible while getting as close as I can to fading the NYK/BOS game. I think NYK/BOS will likely be a slow, defensive slugfest, and even if I were playing 150 lineups, I’d try to be loading up on DEN/OKC while getting near a lock button for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
