What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
tcsmith031: I’ll focus on both single-entry and 20-max tournaments. I expect there to be a lot of news on this slate, and we could wind up with an incredible amount of cheap value even with only 4 games on the board. As of now, I plan to largely avoid the OKC/CHA game and play as if it’s going to blow out. I will also make a rule that requires at least one piece from MIN in lineups that include at least 3 DEN players.
Krayton: I will be focusing on single-entry and 20-max contests on both sites. Minnesota, Toronto, Los Angeles, and Charlotte all played last night, and I am expecting to see several players resting tonight. This is a night when I expect my lineups to look different closer to lock, and I like saving room for some of the cheaper value we could get. As of now, a couple of core plays I plan on building around include Scottie Barnes, Immanuel Quickley, and Jamal Murray. It’s possible Nikola Jokic could rest, and even if he doesn’t, Christian Braun and Cam Johnson are out, making Murray an elite play.
TJ Zwarych: I’ll be playing 20-max, large-field GPPs. I want to get as much Denver in my lineup as possible, especially if we don’t get the Nikola Jokic news (currently listed as questionable) before lock. My next favorite team to target is the Raptors, and I plan to basically avoid the entirety of OKC and Indiana.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

About the Author
Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
