What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

tcsmith031: This looks like an awesome slate, so I’ll be playing both large-field and smaller single-entry GPPs. With so many teams already dealing with injuries, some of these situations are inherently going to go overlooked from an ownership standpoint. I really like the idea of getting well north of the field on Devin Booker and Bradley Beal, who should both see significant usage boosts with Kevin Durant out.

Krayton: We are getting a great slate for Sunday night, and I will be sticking with single-entry and 3-entry max contests. I will be looking to getting to be way over the field on PHO exposure and getting Devin Booker and/or Bradley Beal in each of my lineups. Brandon Miller is also a player I am going to be very overweight on, as he isn’t priced nearly as highly as he should be with Bridges and Richards still out.

TJ Zwarych: With Kevin Durant out, I’ll be making sure to have at least one of Bradley Beal or Devin Booker in every single one of my lineups in 20-entry max. I’ll also make sure to have at least one of Royce O’Neale or Grayson Allen, capitalizing on cheap value so I can play as much Nikola Jokic as possible in tournaments.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
