NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Wednesday, March 19
Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?
Notorious: Luka Doncic
Dean78904: Luka Doncic
ncorfield8k: Luka Doncic
What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
Notorious: With key players out for the Thunder, and with the Wizards turning to more of a youth movement, we have a ton of value on this 11-game slate. My plan of attack is to load up on the value plays from those 2 teams and then back-load my roster with superstars. Doing this allows me to keep my options open heading into the later games.
Dean78904: I mostly focus on single-entry and smaller field contests. Early indications are that this will be a stars-and-scrubs slate, and I’ll be leaning in on that approach. I don’t know if I’ll be able to pull it off salary-wise (or even if Nikola Jokic will be playing), but I’m going to try and pair Joker with Luka Doncic for an all-time double late night hammer. Ideally, I’ll have a plan in place to pair a couple Nuggets with Luka if we happen to see Jokic sit.
ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – It’s an 11-game slate with 3 hours between start times, so late swap will be crucial. I will likely avoid games at the first lock almost entirely in hopes of better value opening up.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
