New York

The Knicks are in full tank mode right now, and come into tonight’s matchup with the worst record in the NBA. Like we always say, it’s really tough to predict blowouts, but this screams blowout by halftime. Vegas currently has the Knicks as a 19.5 underdog with a 201.5 total. It’s hard to say who will get the bulk of the minutes if this game turns out like we all think it will, which makes it very hard to take anyone in cash games.

Elite Plays

Alexey Shved – Shved is one guy I’m targeting in this game,as he played 33 minutes and continued to crush his value even with Tim Hardaway Jr.‘s return to the lineup. Galloway was the player who ended up seeing a little less playing time to make room for Hardaway. Shved is $5,500 on DraftKings and Fanduel, which makes him still playable in cash or GPPs for me.

Secondary Plays

None.

Golden State

Golden State almost pulled out a win against Denver last night with most of their starters taking the night off for rest. With a nice lead over Memphis in the west, Golden State is just fighting Atlanta for the best overall record in the NBA. Golden State is a huge favorite at home against the Knicks tonight. Make sure to check any news on Golden State resting the starters who played last night.

Elite Plays

Stephen Curry – There’s certainly a lot of risk involved taking Curry tonight, but he has destroyed the Knicks over the last three seasons. He’s averaging 32 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists over the last five games against the Knicks. I almost forgot to mention, today is his birthday!!! (Where’s Gabey?!) It’s hard for me to get away from all the Narratives, but his averages over the last three seasons have been fantastic. On two days rest, he’s averaging almost two more points per game this season.

Secondary Plays

Shaun Livingston – Livingston started slow in his start last night, but picked it up in the second half to well exceed his value. He’s averaging 23 minutes with 22 fantasy points a game over the last 15 days, and sees a nice increase in production when games turn into blowouts. Livingston isn’t a guy I would roster in cash games (unless they rest some people and he starts), but I think he’s a very sneaky option for tournament play.
