NBA Player Props Today – Friday, March 22, 2024

Rui Hachimura Over/Under 14.5 Points

Rui Hachimura is averaging 17.1 points per game in March, but that figure is buoyed by an unsustainable 60.8% shooting from the floor, including 46.7% from beyond the arc. This season, Hachimura is shooting only 53.1% from the floor and 41.2% from deep, which makes it likely he will experience negative regression sooner rather than later. In 29 home games this year, Hachimura is averaging only 12.4 points and has eclipsed this market number in only 10 contests. The math favors the under here. We will live with the results.

Paul George Over/Under 24.5 Points

This is a tall number for Paul George this evening, who is averaging only 22.3 points per game on the road this season. After scoring 25+ points in 6 of his first 8 road contests, George has eclipsed this market number in only 9 of his last 25 road contests, during which he’s averaging only 21.4 points per game. The Trail Blazers are not a great defense overall, but they have allowed the 7th-fewest opponent 3-point attempts per game since the All-Star Break. This could pose a potential challenge to George, who attempts roughly half of his shot attempts from long range. He will likely need an unusually efficient shooting night to score 25 points in this spot.

LeBron James Over/Under 25.5 Points

LeBron James is averaging 26.9 points per game during March, but he’s shooting 58.8% from the field during that stretch, which is likely to regress sooner rather than later. James is shooting only 53.2% from the field for the season and 50.6% from the field for his career, making it more probable than not that he won’t sustain this level of efficiency. The 76ers are far from an elite defense, but they have done a reasonably good job against opposing small forwards of late, allowing more than 21 points to a small forward once this month. The under makes sense here for James.
