Friday’s NBA slate features 11 games, beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET. All of this evening’s action will be part of the league’s Emirates Cup, which promises to bring an extra level of intensity to the hardwood to start the weekend.
Today’s NBA injury report is predictably lengthy, with a number of notable names having already been ruled out, including Trae Young, Bam Adebayo, Stephen Curry and Domantas Sabonis. Jimmy Butler is among the bigger name players who are listed as questionable
As always, keep an eye on the status of key players.

Best NBA Player Props for Friday, November 7th
Here are my top player prop bets for today, with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 PM ET on Friday, November 7th:
- Cade Cunningham Over/Under 26.5 Points
- Jusuf Nurkic Over/Under 10.5 Points
- Zaccharie Risacher Over/Under 10.5 Points
Cade Cunningham UNDER 26.5 Points (-120, BetMGM)
Cunningham is averaging 20 field goal attempts per game this season, 11.3 of which are coming in the restricted area or the paint. Another 6.5 shots per game for Cunningham are coming from above the break.
This season, the Nets are allowing the 9th-fewest field goal attempts per game in the restricted area and 3rd-fewest attempts per game in the paint to opposing guards. Only the Trail Blazers and Magic have allowed fewer attempts per game above the break to opposing guards.
All of this is to say that Cunningham is unlikely to have a tremendous amount of volume tonight. If he’s going to flirt with 30 points, he’s probably going to need to be unusually efficient with his opportunities or make a killing at the charity stripe.
Jusuf Nurkic OVER 10.5 Points (-114, FanDuel)
In the last 2 games with Walker Kessler unavailable, Nurkic has played 31 and 33 minutes. In those 2 games, he had 12 field goal attempts against the Celtics and 8 field goal attempts against the Pistons, but he shot an inefficient 7 for 20 from the floor, failing to make any of his 4 shots from beyond the arc.
This season, Nurkic has attempted nearly half of his field goal attempts from the paint area, where Minnesota has allowed the 6th-highest opponent field goal%. We could see some positive regression in terms of efficiency this evening for Nurkic, which could be enough for him to clear this line.
Zaccharie Risacher OVER 10.5 Points (-130, FanDuel)
Risacher finally broke out in a big way on Tuesday against the Magic, scoring 21 points on 14 shot attempts. Last year’s No. 1 overall draft selection has experienced a slow start to his sophomore campaign, but some of that is likely attributable to an ankle injury.
He’s now a handful of games removed from the injury report and appears to be finding his groove on the offensive end of the floor. He gets a good matchup tonight against a Toronto defense that allows a lot of volume in the restricted area, an area of the floor where Risacher frequents. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Risacher have another strong showing on Friday.
