NBA Player Props Today – Monday, December 25, 2023

Julius Randle Over/Under 24.5 Points

According to RotoGrinders CourtIQ, Julius Randle is averaging 27.1 points per 36 minutes of action this season with Mitchell Robinson off of the court. This afternoon, Randle gets to face a Milwaukee defense that has allowed the 5th-most field goal attempts per game in the restricted area and the 3rd-most field goal attempts per game in the paint of any team in the NBA across the last month. Randle is averaging 19.4 field goal attempts per game since Robinson last played on December 8, 13.8 of which are coming in the restricted area or the paint. Efficiency is always an issue for Randle, but he should have more than enough volume to give himself a fighting chance to cash the over in this spot.

Damian Lillard Over/Under 32.5 Points + Assists

In 7 games since Mitchell Robinson last played, the Knicks rank 21st in defensive efficiency and 10th in pace, creating an opportunity for a high-scoring game this afternoon at Madison Square Garden. Lillard is coming off of back-to-back games with fewer than 25 points, but he had at least 33 points in his three prior games and projects well in this holiday matchup against New York. Since December 9, the Knicks rank 19th in opponent 3-point attempts per game, 17th in opponent 3-point percentage, and 26th in opponent assists per game. Lillard is averaging 8.0 assists and 12.7 potential assists per game this year on the road, which makes it worthwhile to include his assists in this combination prop.

Malik Beasley Over/Under 10.5 Points

On Saturday, Malik Beasley had 19 points on 13 shot attempts against the Knicks, and he projects well once again on Monday in the same matchup. Since Mitchell Robinson last played on December 8, New York has allowed the 3rd-most opponent 3-point attempts per game and the 4th-highest shooting percentage from the corners. This season, Beasley leads the Bucks in corner-3 attempts and is knocking down those shots at a 56.5% rate. He is likely to have more than enough opportunities to score 11 points on Christmas against a Knicks defense that has been reeling of late.
