NBA Player Props Today – Monday, December 25, 2023

Luka Doncic Over/Under 36.5 Points

Though Luka Doncic has scored at least 38 points in four of his last five games, he is still averaging only 31.1 points per 36 minutes of action this season with Kyrie Irving off of the floor according to RotoGrinders CourtIQ. The Suns allowed 50 points to Jalen Brunson earlier this month but have been otherwise respectable against opposing guards, holding De’Aaron Fox to 23 points, Stephen Curry to 24 points in the last two weeks. If Phoenix can keep Doncic off of the foul line tonight, this could be an easy under.

Tim Hardaway Over/Under 17.5 Points

According to RotoGrinders CourtIQ, Tim Hardaway has been the biggest beneficiary of Kyrie Irving being off of the floor this year, averaging 23.1 points per 36 minutes of action. Since Irving last played on December 8, Hardaway is 4-for-7 to the over at this market number, and he has only two games with fewer than 20 shot attempts. If Hardaway has similar volume on Monday night, he should be able to flirt with 20 points against a Phoenix team that has struggled to defend opposing shooting guards this season.

Kevin Durant Over/Under 8.5 Rebounds

Kevin Durant played 34 minutes on Friday against the Kings but still only managed 7 rebounds. According to RotoGrinders CourtIQ, Durant is averaging only 6.1 rebounds per 36 minutes of action this season with both Bradley Beal and Jusuf Nurkic off of the floor. Though this is a favorable matchup for Durant against a weak-rebounding Dallas team, this market number is simply too high given the information we have available to us. It would take an outlier performance for this ticket to lose.
