NBA Player Props Today – Monday, March 10, 2025
- Jayson Tatum Over/Under 28.5 Points
- Luka Doncic Over/Under 30.5 Points
- Zaccharie Risacher Over/Under 13.5 Points
Jayson Tatum UNDER 28.5 Points (-115, bet365)
Tatum scored 35 points at home against the 76ers last Thursday and 40 points on Saturday at home against the Lakers, but those were outlier performances relative to the larger body of work he has shown us so far this season. In 30 home games, Tatum is averaging only 26.4 points on 19.8 shot attempts. He’s scored 28 points or fewer 17 times in those 30 games, including 7 of 12 games in which the Celtics have won by double digits.
On Monday, the Celtics are 16.5-point favorites at home against the Jazz. At times this season, Tatum has used these types of opportunities to let other players on the roster get shots up and make an impact in the game. He’s also played more than 32 minutes only twice in 8 home wins that have come by 15+ points. If the Celtics get out to a comfortable lead this evening, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Tatum’s point total remain relatively low.
Luka Doncic OVER 30.5 Points (-110, DraftKings)
LeBron James will not play tonight, which means it’s officially time to see Doncic unleashed in the Lakers offense. After being on a minutes restriction in his return to action prior to the All-Star Break, Doncic has gradually built up his stamina over the last few weeks, playing as many as 43 minutes last Thursday in an overtime victory against the Knicks.
Even playing alongside James, Doncic had started to see significant volume in the team’s offense, with 20+ shot attempts in 4 of the Lakers’ last 6 games. This evening, Doncic will be the clear alpha on the floor for the Lakers, which should lead to plenty of shot attempts and free throws against a Brooklyn team that has struggled to defend without fouling of late. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Doncic go for 40+ points in this spot, if the game script remains competitive late into the 4th quarter.
Zaccharie Risacher UNDER 13.5 Points (-120, DraftKings)
Risacher appeared to be growing into a larger role in Atlanta’s offense during the month of February, but he’s seen his minutes fall to 25 or fewer in each of his last 3 games early in March. He scored only 7 points on 10 shots against the Bucks last Tuesday, 11 points on 9 shots against the Pacers on Thursday, and 6 points on 7 shots against the Pacers on Saturday. He simply isn’t getting enough playing time or enough shot attempts right now to justify such a high points prop. Entering play, he’s gone under this number in 40 of 57 games this season, including 20 of his last 30 contests and 13 of his last 20 trips to the hardwood. The under has good value here, even with injuries piling up for the Hawks.
