NBA Player Props Today – Saturday, December 23, 2023

Victor Wembanyama Over/Under 11.5 Rebounds

In December, Victor Wembanyama is averaging 13.4 rebounds on 18.6 rebound chances per game. On Saturday, he gets to face a Dallas team that has allowed the 4th-most opponent rebounds per game this month. The talented rookie should have very little competition for boards in this spot, and he should be plenty rested after playing only 22 minutes on Thursday in a loss against the Bulls. Assuming a competitive game script, this market number is too low for Wembanyama.

Coby White Over/Under 4.5 Rebounds

Since Zach LaVine last played on November 28, Coby White is averaging 6.5 rebounds and 10.7 rebound chances across a span of 11 games. In 10 games this month, White has recorded at least 6 rebounds eight times, with zero games of fewer than 4 rebounds, indicating that he is consistently competitive at this market number. White should be able to get to at least 5 rebounds again on Saturday in a favorable matchup against a short-handed Cavaliers team that will be without Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland in their backcourt.

Anthony Davis Over/Under 13.5 Rebounds

Anthony Davis is one of the league’s best rebounders, but this is simply too high of a market number for him, even in a favorable matchup. Entering play on Saturday, Davis is averaging only 11.8 rebounds per game on the road this season. In 14 road games, he has only recorded 14+ rebounds five times, and only twice had more than 14 rebounds. The Thunder rank 28th in opponent rebounds per game allowed this month, but they have been slightly better in recent games. At plus money, this is worth at least a small stab.
