Jusuf Nurkic Over/Under 14.5 Points
Jusuf Nurkic has been playing well during December, averaging 16.6 points on 13.3 shot attempts per game. During that stretch, he has at least 14 points in six of seven games and at least 15 points on five occasions. He has another favorable matchup on Sunday against a Wizards team that ranks 30th in defensive efficiency across the last month. Moreover, Washington has been one of the league’s worst defenses around the rim, allowing the most opponent field goals per game in the restricted area during the last 30 days and ranking 25th in opponent field goal percentage on such attempts. Nurkic should be able to have success in this matchup to close the week.

Stephen Curry Over/Under 4.5 Three-Pointers Made
During the last month, the Trail Blazers have continued to be one of the better perimeter defenses in the NBA, ranking 3rd in opponent three-point percentage. Since November 5, there has been only one player to hit more than four three-pointers against the Blazers, and that player hit his fifth three-pointer with fewer than 10 seconds left in the game. Curry has his work cut out for him tonight, which makes the under a worthwhile look in this spot.

Kevon Looney Over/Under 8.5 Rebounds
Kevon Looney is averaging 8.2 rebounds per game this season, but his numbers have diminished significantly during December. Even in two games since Draymond Green last played, Looney has failed to amass more than seven rebounds. Portland has been near a league-average team on the glass in terms of opponent rebounds in recent weeks. Looney is more likely to go under than over this market number on Sunday.
