NBA Player Props Today – Sunday, March 3, 2024

Stephen Curry Over/Under 26.5 Points

Since the All-Star break, Stephen Curry has been extremely inefficient, shooting only 38.9% from the field and 34.9% from beyond the arc. His head coach, Steve Kerr, went as far as to say that Curry looked tired after a recent game. Ahead of Friday’s contest in Toronto, Golden State’s plane was delayed until the early hours of the morning, disrupting the team’s sleep schedule. Playing in their third game in three different cities in four nights, this is an extremely tough spot for Curry and the Warriors. If sleep deprivation and fatigue didn’t catch up to them on Friday, it might finally hit them this afternoon when they take on a far superior opponent. Do not expect fireworks from Curry in this spot.

Devin Vassell Over/Under 22.5 Points

In his last five games, Devin Vassell has looked like an emerging star, averaging 23.6 points on 52.2% shooting from the field and 45.2% shooting from the 3-point line. On Sunday, he gets a favorable matchup against the Pacers, which have struggled mightily to defend opposing guards of late, allowing 33 points to Luka Doncic, 29 points to Kyrie Irving, and 30 points to Cade Cunningham since the All-Star Break alone. Vassell leads the Spurs in field goal attempts per game since February 22 and should have plenty of volume to flirt with 25+ points to end the week.

Tyrese Haliburton Over/Under 17.5 Points

Entering play on Sunday, Tyrese Haliburton has gone under this market number in four consecutive games for only the second time this season. The last time he scored 17 points or fewer in four consecutive contests, he ended that streak with 18 points in 29 minutes against the Rockets, as he was still working his way back to a full workload after missing two weeks due to injury. Today, he has a favorable matchup against the Spurs, which have allowed 31 points to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, 22 points to D’Angelo Russell, and 28 points to De’Aaron Fox since the All-Star Break alone. Alt-overs are worthy of consideration here as well.
