NBA Player Props Today – Tuesday, March 12, 2024

Tyrese Haliburton Over/Under 9.5 Assists

The Thunder have allowed the 9th-fewest opponent assists per game since the All-Star Break, but Tyrese Haliburton should still have plenty of opportunities to dish dimes tonight in what should be a high-scoring affair. Since February 20, the Pacers and Thunder both rank in the top half of the league in AST/TO ratio, TS%, and eFG%, which means points should be bountiful this evening between two teams that rank in the top 6 in pace during that same time period. Across his last 9 games, Haliburton is averaging 9.6 assists and 15.7 potential assists. Even against a tough defense, Haliburton should be able to record a double-double in this spot.

Jalen Green Over/Under 2.5 Three-Pointers Made

Jalen Green has been playing spirited basketball to begin March, averaging 23.6 points and 2.8 3-pointers made per game. Tonight, he gets a matchup against the Spurs, who rank 23rd in defensive rating since the All-Star Break. Green struggled to a 1-for-10 shooting performance from beyond the arc when he saw the Spurs last Tuesday, but he should have plenty of opportunity to erase that performance from his memory when these two teams meet again tonight. According to props.cash, 6 of the last 9 shooting guards to face the Spurs have made at least 3 shots from beyond the arc. Green has a good chance to make that 7 of 10 here.

Devin Vassell Over/Under 20.5 Points

Devin Vassell had only 17 points in yesterday’s loss against the Warriors, but more important from a betting perspective is that he once again had strong volume from the field. Since the All-Star Break, Vassell is averaging a team-high 22.7 points and 17.9 field goal attempts per game as the clear top option in the San Antonio offensive attack. Entering play on Tuesday, Vassell has scored at least 21 points in 15 of 25 home games this season, including 7 of his last 10 such contests. He’s also eclipsed this market number in back-to-back home games when playing on zero days rest. The over is a worthwhile risk.
