Wednesday’s 7-game NBA slate will be headlined by an ESPN doubleheader beginning with the Cavaliers against the 76ers at 7:00 p.m. ET, followed by the Nuggets against the Mavericks.

Per usual, there are some big names on the NBA injury report for tonight. Jamal Murray, Kawhi Leonard, and Immanuel Quickley are each listed as questionable as of this writing. Anthony Davis, Trae Young, and Lauri Markkanen have already been ruled out.

As always, be sure to use tools like CourtIQ and our NBA starting lineups page to evaluate how injuries impact usage and to search for inefficiencies in the player prop and DFS markets.

Here are my top player prop bets for today, with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 PM ET on Wednesday, January 14th:

Saddiq Bey OVER 4.5 Rebounds (-125, BetMGM)

This season, Bey has played 14 games without Herb Jones. He’s had 4+ rebounds in 13 of those contests and 5+ rebounds in 10 of those games.

Tonight, he gets to face a Brooklyn team that ranks 15th in rebounds allowed per game during the last month. They’ve been a particularly good matchup for opposing forwards in that span, allowing the 7th-most rebounds per game to the position in their last 8 games.

Bey is averaging 4.7 rebounds per 30 minutes with Jones off of the floor since December 1, and his season-long numbers are even better on a per-minute basis. In a good matchup against the Nets, there is value on the over.

Russell Westbrook OVER 12.5 Rebounds + Assists (-125, bet365)

Add this pick with 1 click!PLACE THIS BET ONBET365

Given the absences of Dennis Schroder and Keegan Murray, Westbrook should see north of 30 minutes of playing time this evening assuming he stays out of foul trouble. Westbrook has played 30+ minutes in 6 games this year with Schroder out of the lineup, never recording fewer than 11 rebounds + assists. In 3 of those games, he’s had 16+ rebounds + assists.

Tonight, he gets an excellent matchup against the Knicks, who have allowed the 2nd-most rebounds and 3rd-most assists per game to guards during the last month of action. Westbrook should be able to fill up the stat sheet.

Jusuf Nurkic to Record a Double-Double (-135, FanDuel)

Add this pick with 1 click!PLACE THIS BET ONFANDUEL

In his last 6 games played without Kevin Love, Nurkic has not scored fewer than 14 points. He’s also had 18+ rebound chances in 4 of those contests.

Tonight, he gets to face a Chicago team that has allowed the 10th-most rebounds per game to opposing centers during the last 30 days. Assuming Nurkic can stay out of foul trouble, he should have a great chance to put together a double-double effort this evening with the Jazz short on available bodies in the frontcourt.
