Saturday’s NBA slate will conclude with a matchup between the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers at 10:30 p.m. ET on NBA TV. Luka Doncic and the Mavericks are 10-5 and only one game behind the Timberwolves and Thunder for the top seed in the Western Conference. The Clippers are 3-6 since adding James Harden to their starting lineup.

As always, it is worth noting that straight wagers are a far more profitable long-term betting strategy than parlays. Still, parlays can be a fun way to get some extra action on a game to make things interesting! If looking for a longshot for today’s NBA slate, we have a +610 same game parlay, focusing on the matchup between the Mavericks and Clippers!

Luka Doncic OVER 30.5 Points (-105)

In his career, Luka Doncic is averaging 33.0 points per game against the Clippers, including five games of at least 35 points in his last six contests against Los Angeles. The Clippers have eliminated Luka Doncic and the Mavericks from the playoffs multiple times, which is perhaps one reason that Doncic has a tendency to put extra emphasis on these games. Doncic could be in for another big night on Saturday.

Dallas Mavericks Moneyline (-102)

In nine games since James Harden made his Clippers debut, Los Angeles is 3-6 and ranks 20th out of 30 NBA teams in Net Rating. The Clippers have been especially poor offensively, ranking 27th in offensive efficiency during that stretch. During that same time period, the Mavericks rank 7th in offensive efficiency and are in the top-half of the league in Net Rating. Harden and his teammates continue to be overvalued on the market, making Dallas a worthwhile inclusion in today’s parlay.

Under 236.5 (-112)

The new-look Clippers have been dreadful on the offensive end of the floor since acquiring James Harden, scoring only 109.1 points per 100 possessions. Still, they have been strong defensively, allowing the 9th-fewest points per 100 possessions in that span. Across their last nine games, Los Angeles ranks 20th in pace of play, which should be enough to keep this game relatively low-scoring against a Dallas offense that has a tendency to resort to isolation sets in competitive contests.
