NBA Underdog Fantasy Player Predictions for Wednesday (11/20)
I’m here to give you a (free!) peek behind the curtain regarding some of the awesome things our NBA DFS projections team is cooking up by giving you my top picks for today’s NBA slate on Underdog Fantasy. Every single pick you will find below is going to be based on what our projections say is a meaningful edge, and I will then use my basketball and analytical background to try to pinpoint the very best of the best. Please keep in mind that the NBA news cycle can get crazy, so what is listed below may become a better/worse play depending on how that news breaks. You can always stay up to date on exactly what a team’s rotation and depth chart will look like on a given day by heading to our NBA starting lineups page.
We have 8 games on the schedule as the NBA is set to tip off on 11/20. Below, I’ll detail how I’m approaching things on Underdog this Wednesday evening.

Underdog Fantasy – one of the most popular DFS pick’em sites – provides player projections for NBA matchups each day. The ball is then in our court to decide whether a player will ultimately exceed or fall short of those projections in the games. With a huge roster of players available from which to choose, we just need to make a minimum of two picks to build an entry.
I’ll break down the board by looking at factors like usage rates, projected pace, lines in the sports betting market, and of course, our RotoGrinders projections to forecast how NBA players might fare in categories like points, rebounds, and assists. Underdog Fantasy Top NBA Picks for 11/20
Now that you’re signed up, here are some of our top NBA picks on Underdog for 11/20 at a glance:
- Ivica Zubac Higher/Lower Than 11.5 Rebounds
- Giannis Antetokounmpo Higher/Lower Than 37.5 Points + Assists
- Brandon Ingram Higher/Lower Than 30.5 Points + Rebounds
Magic vs. Clippers NBA Underdog Fantasy Predictions
Here are the Magic vs. Clippers NBA Underdog Fantasy predictions for tonight:
Ivica Zubac Lower Than 11.5 Rebounds
Our projections anticipate that Zubac will underperform on the glass tonight, presenting an edge above 9% on this play. The big edge on this picks is likely due to the specifics of the matchup, which is expected to restrict Zubac’s rebounding chances.
The Magic excel in rebounding, ranking 8th in the league in rebound percentage. As a result, it is more probable that Zubac will fall short of pulling down 12 boards.
Bulls vs. Bucks NBA Underdog Fantasy Predictions
Here are the Bulls vs. Bucks NBA Underdog Fantasy predictions for tonight:
Giannis Antetokounmpo Higher Than 37.5 Points + Assists
This play offers a 3.05% edge in our fantasy pick’em tool, as we expect Giannis to have a standout performance against the Bulls, who are considered one of the most favorable matchups in the league. The Bulls play at the fastest pace in the league and are quite poor defensively (24th in defensive rating).
Despite this high number on Underdog, Giannis’ knack for filling up the stat sheet makes this an appealing choice. As the focal point of Milwaukee’s offense—even with Damian Lillard‘s return—Giannis benefits from extremely high usage, and his versatility allows him to capitalize on any defensive strategy the Bulls might employ. With his exceptional ability to score in transition and dominate around the basket—areas where the Bulls struggle—the stage is set for Giannis to dominate tonight.
Pelicans vs. Cavs NBA Underdog Fantasy Predictions
Here are the Pelicans vs. Cavs NBA Underdog Fantasy predictions for tonight:
Brandon Ingram Higher Than 30.5 Points + Rebounds
Ingram’s combined scoring and rebounding ability represents an edge of 2.33% and a win probability of 60.07% in our fantasy pick’em tool. For as awesome as Cleveland has been this season, their dominance has been far more on the offensive end (122.2 offensive rating) than the defensive end (111.7 defensive rating). And they also are on the second night of a back-to-back after picking up their first loss of the season last night in Boston.
With all of CJ McCollum, Zion Williamson, Dejounte Murray, Herb Jones, Jordan Hawkins, and Jose Alvarado still out for the Pelicans (and Trey Murphy listed as questionable), they pretty much resemble a G League team at this point. That is, except for Ingram, who should be in store for a boatload of points and rebounds with such a depleted roster.
