NFL Conference Championships Weather Report and Forecast

Barkley of the Eagles

We’re on to the Conference Championship Round, and despite having two outdoor games, we have zero weather concerns.

This NFL weather article will highlight any extreme temperatures, precipitation, and, most importantly, high winds that we could see across the NFL landscape this week. If a game isn’t specifically listed in this week’s report, that means the weather is quiet enough for it not to be an issue in that particular game.

As always, it’s best to stay up to date with the very latest forecasts, so follow me on Twitter @KevinRothWx and keep an eye on my NFL weather report.

A reminder that while temperature and rain/snow can impact a game, the greatest impact by far comes from high wind, so I’ll be looking to highlight those spots when possible.

Sunday, January 26th

Washington Commanders at Philadelphia Eagles – As good as you could ask for in late January. Temperature around 40 degrees with a 5-10mph wind and no precipitation.

Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs – A bit on the chilly side, with gametime temps running right around freezing (32 degrees), but light winds and no rain or snow means all in all a quiet weather game.

Weather Impact on Fantasy & Betting

I don’t think either game has any real weather impact; this is as good as it gets this late in the season.

In case things change, I’ll be posting radar GIFs to Twitter as we get closer to kickoff: @KevinRothWx on Twitter.
