NFL Pick'em Pool Week 15 Confidence Rankings, Strategy, & Straight-Up Picks
Big underdogs reigned supreme early this fall, which led to our worst start to a season ever in this article. However, we have hit our stride since Week 4, with our top confidence picks each performing exceptionally well during the last two months. Here are our top-ranked selections records since that point.
- Week 4: 8-1
- Week 5: 9-3
- Week 6: 12-2
- Week 7: 13-2
- Week 8: 7-1
- Week 9: 10-1
- Week 10: 8-0
- Week 11: 6-2
- Week 12: 6-3
- Week 13: 7-0

This is my 4th year doing this pick’em and confidence pool article. Our best week ever was Week 3 of the 2021 season in which we went 15-1! That year, we correctly selected 181 of 288 games (62.9% SU). Since the inception of this article, we have correctly selected over 60% of all NFL games, with our top 6 confidence picks cashing at a significantly higher rate.
We are locked in for Week 15 and ready to do everything we can to put readers in a position to beat their friends and colleagues once again.
Below, we have our Week 15 pick’em pool strategy and confidence rankings!

NFL Pick’em Pool Strategy Week 15
Ravens (vs. Giants)
According to Jordan Raanan, the Giants’ offense threw 17 consecutive incompletions on Thursday during a red-zone drill. Even more noteworthy, the team didn’t even have defenders on the field for all 17 of those plays. Baltimore has had their struggles at times in 2024, but there is little doubt as to which team is superior in terms of talent in this matchup. The weather forecast for this weekend in New York could be dicey, with double-digit winds and frigid temperatures, but the Ravens can win this game on the ground or via the air. This is a no-brainer No. 1 confidence ranking in Week 15.
Chiefs (vs. Browns)
Football fans have seen the Chiefs almost lose a number of times in 2024, which typically is a sign of imminent regression – key word being ‘typically.’ Patrick Mahomes and this year’s version of the Chiefs are not a juggernaut, but they are coached well and consistently put themselves in short-yardage situations on offense, which has helped them emerge victorious in a number of close games this season. The Browns have shown renewed life with Jameis Winston as the team’s starting quarterback, but they are nowhere near as talented as Kansas City. Winston is also capable of losing this game by himself even if Kansas City doesn’t do anything spectacular. The defending champions should be able to find a way to win another close game this weekend.
Eagles (vs. Steelers)
The Eagles were surprisingly on upset alert for much of the afternoon in Week 14 playing a Carolina team that hasn’t competed well with many teams this fall. Still, the fact that Philadelphia was able to take care of business on a day where they didn’t play that well is a sign of a good football team. This weekend, Pittsburgh is likely to be without star WR George Pickens for the second consecutive week. Pickens has accounted for a disproportionate share of the team’s receptions and receiving yards since Russell Wilson took over as the team’s starting quarterback in the middle of the season. Though the Steelers eventually were able to put some points on the board near the end of Week 14, there were clear inefficiencies in that offense – even against a Cleveland defense that makes a lot of mistakes. All the Eagles need to do to win this weekend is play a clean game on both sides of the ball, and they should be able to earn a victory.
Lions (vs. Bills)
Detroit only beat Green Bay by 3 points last Thursday, but they finished the day with nearly 100 more yards of total offense in addition to having 10 more first downs and winning the time of possession battle by over 12 minutes. Even more impressive, Detroit’s defense was absolutely decimated with injuries in that matchup, and the offense was missing its starting left tackle. Josh Allen and the Bills have been great this season, but this is a tough spot for them going on the road to face a top-tier opponent. As long as the Lions get a few key defenders back healthy before kickoff, they are positioned to secure a win.
Bengals (vs. Titans)
This is less of a vote of confidence in the Bengals than it is a total fade of the Titans. Since Will Levis regained the starting quarterback job in Tennessee, the Titans’ offense ranks 29th out of 32 teams in red zone touchdown percentage. In 8 games that Levis has been the team’s leading passer in 2024, Tennessee has scored 19 points or fewer 7 times. Cincinnati’s defense has gotten them into trouble repeatedly this season, but they likely aren’t bad enough to let Levis beat them. If Joe Burrow and the offense can get to 20 points, the Bengals should be in a good position to deliver a road victory.
