What is your favorite correlation and why?

Notorious: Jayden Daniels + Javonte Williams – I’m firmly on board with stacking both sides of this game, but the two players that I want the most exposure to are Daniels and Williams. I was worried about the mobility of Daniels when he came back from a knee injury, but he’s had 18 rushes for 91 yards in the last 2 games. This week, he faces a Cowboys defense that is dead last in EPA allowed per dropback and fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. As for Williams, he’s been terrific for the Cowboys this season. He’s coming off of a down game, but he still had 21 opportunities. I’ll surround these two with other players from this game.

stevietpfl: Jayden Daniels + Zach Ertz + George Pickens – I expect this game to be popular, and it looks to be one of the highest-scoring games of the weekend. I want to stack this game multiple ways, and I will be double-stacking the Washington side. With Terry McLaurin ruled out and with Deebo Samuel banged up, I like this spot for Ertz. With Michael Mayer projecting for higher ownership, Ertz is a great tournament pivot off him. After a tough loss in Week 6, I think Washington comes out aggressive against the Cowboys. Dallas ranks 32nd in pass EPA, and they’ve allowed 286.5 passing yards per game, which is the most in the NFL. With CeeDee Lamb expected back, Pickens should have lower ownership this weekend. I think this is a good opportunity for tournaments, but I will have exposure to both wide receivers.

Krayton: Dak Prescott + CeeDee Lamb + Jacory Croskey-Merritt – I have been playing a ton of Dak to start the season, and I am going right back to him against Washington in the best game environment on the slate. I want to get heavy exposure to both sides of this game, and Jayden Daniels is a QB that I want exposure to as well. With Lamb back, I will be overweight on that pairing, but I also want exposure to the lower-pOWN% George Pickens and even Jake Ferguson. Croskey-Merritt disappointed in his last game, but he now gets to go up against the Cowboys defense in an elite matchup. This is a game I will be over-stacking.

ebeimfohr: Bo Nix + Courtland Sutton – One of the main tactics I am looking to employ this week is by pivoting away from the most popular stacks in order to still get access to the top plays (e.g. WAS/DAL, Chiefs, etc.) in a slightly different way than the field. Nix and Sutton are my favorite way to do so at low pOWN%. They face a very exploitable Giants defense, and Nix looks frequently to Sutton against man coverage, which the Giants frequently play. Nix has a real tendency to look to Sutton very heavily after down games like they had last week against the Jets, with Sutton averaging 10 targets in games following a low-target game (i.e. 4 or fewer). Nix will push the ball down the field against man coverage, and he also offers upside with his legs when the defenders turn their backs to the QB. It doesn’t hurt that this is a very real narrative for Sutton in Week 7, with the Broncos honoring the late Demaryius Thomas, who was his mentor from the moment he came into the league.

ncorfield8k: Dak Prescott + CeeDee Lamb + George Pickens + Jacory Croskey-Merritt – Sometimes, the most obvious stack on the slate is also the best one. There should be fireworks in this game, yet Dak is projected for single-digit ownership. I’ll play the inverse as well, with Jayden Daniels stacks and Javonte Williams, but as of Friday, the pass-catchers on the Commanders are up in the air.

Davis Mattek: Patrick Mahomes + Xavier WorthyRashee Rice might very well have the highest ownership of any player this season. Worthy leads the Chiefs in target and touch share this season. With Rice’s return, things are going to open up even more for the faster player in the NFL, and we will be able to get insane leverage on perhaps over half of the field.

Jordan Vanek: Bo Nix + Courtland Sutton – A large portion of the field will likely pay up for quarterback stacks from the WAS/DAL game or Kansas City, but a unique way to gain exposure to those high-scoring environments is by playing Nix and Sutton. Sutton has averaged 10 targets per game with Nix at quarterback following weeks where he saw 4 or fewer targets. The Giants play a heavy dose of man coverage, which should lead to plenty of jump-ball opportunities for Sutton. There’s also a great narrative angle, as the Broncos are honoring Demaryius Thomas by inducting him into their Ring of Honor – and Sutton, who was mentored by Thomas, will look to honor Thomas. I believe Denver is in a strong position to win by multiple scores, and Nix has the potential to post a monster tournament performance in this spot.
