We are back with another 2-game slate on Monday night. We have two very different game environments. The Titans and Dolphins have struggled to put points on the board this season. The total for that game is set at only 37.5 points. The Seahawks and Lions have averaged over 20 points per game and are playing indoors on the fast track in Detroit. The total for that game is set at 46.5 points. With a low total and more unknowns in the first game, most of the ownership will flock to the second game. Geno Smith is set to be the chalk quarterback on Monday night. The two signal callers from the first game don’t inspire much confidence, and Jared Goff has one of the worst matchups on the slate. Under new offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb, the Seahawks are tied with the Bengals for the highest pass rate over expectation this season. There is some concern about Smith’s struggles under pressure (he’s been better this season), but the Lions are set to be without Marcus Davenport and Derrick Barnes. Smith has one of the best wide receiver trios in the NFL and is playing indoors in a game where the Seahawks are underdogs.
