Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers will host the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football, looking to become the first team to 6 wins this season.
Kickoff from Levi’s Stadium is set for 8:15 pm ET on ESPN.
The NFL odds for this matchup have the 49ers favored by 7.5 points ahead of kickoff after opening as 5.5-point favorites in August.
Favorites that have gained 2+ points of market movement on the spread in 2026 are 6-10-1 ATS and 11-6 SU. Home teams fitting that criteria are only 4-6-1 ATS and 7-4 SU.
The total is set at over/under 51.5 points. NFL primetime totals of 50+ are 3-1 to the over this season.
Below, you can find three of my favorite player props for Commanders vs. 49ers!
Best NFL Player Props for Commanders vs. 49ers
Here are my top player prop bets, with kickoff scheduled for 8:15 PM ET on Monday, October 19th:
- Rachaad White Over/Under 2.5 Receptions
- Jayden Daniels Over/Under 212.5 Passing Yards
- Washington Defense/Special Teams Over/Under 0.5 Touchdowns
Rachaad White UNDER 2.5 Receptions (-121, DraftKings)
Jacory Croskey-Merritt will be out tonight, but that doesn’t necessarily mean White will be heavily involved as a pass catcher out of the backfield. Croskey-Merritt didn’t have more than 2 receptions in any game this season prior to landing on injured reserve, so it’s not as though Washington is replacing a lot of targets out of the backfield in his absence.
In the 2 weeks that White has played with Daniels for a full game, White had 2 targets against the Eagles and 1 target against the Giants.
Austin Ekeler was used primarily in a passing-down role in Week 4, with 12 of his 17 snaps coming on plays that Washington threw the football. Jeremy McNichols has been used primarily as a passing-down running back in his time with Washington, and he should be active for Monday Night Football.
White isn’t likely to see a high number of targets in this matchup.
Jayden Daniels UNDER 212.5 Passing Yards (-113, FanDuel)
Washington’s offensive line has been a disaster early in 2026, which has hurt the team’s ability to have success through the air.
The Commanders have allowed the 7th-highest pressure rate in the NFL this season. Only once in 5 games have they allowed a pressure rate lower than 33.3%. The 49ers don’t have an elite pass rush, but they get pressure at a league-average rate without having to blitz frequently. The consequence of that is more bodies available in coverage.
Even in a likely trailing game script, this is a high number for Daniels to clear.
Washington Defense/Special Teams OVER 0.5 Touchdowns (+700, DraftKings)
If Washington is going to be competitive on Monday Night Football, they are likely to need an outlier play or two at some point in the game.
Brock Purdy rarely puts the ball in harm’s way, but interceptions can be notoriously unpredictable – think a tipped pass at the line of scrimmage or a ball that bounces off of a receiver’s hands. Special teams scores are often unpredictable too.
If you’re wanting to root for a little bit of chaos this evening, this could be a fun wager to sweat.
