What kind of performances can we expect on Monday Night Football from Justin Fields, Tyreek Hill, and Evan Engram? NFL fans will be treated to another Monday Night Football doubleheader in Week 4! The action begins at 7:15 PM ET with the Jets against the Dolphins, and with the Bengals and Broncos kicking off shortly thereafter at 8:15 PM ET.
The Jets and Dolphins both enter play winless, hoping to avoid a dreadful 0-4 start to the new season. Cincinnati, minus their starting quarterback Joe Burrow, faces a tough task on the road against a strong Denver defense in the altitude at Mile High Stadium.
Tonight’s NFL Weather forecast is showing some potential rain in both Miami and Denver. As always, be sure to consider the elements before locking in any wagers this football season.
Below, you can find three of my favorite player props for Jets vs. Dolphins and Bengals vs. Broncos!
Best NFL Player Props for Jets vs. Dolphins and Bengals vs. Broncos
Here are my top player prop bets, with kickoff scheduled for 7:15 PM ET on Monday, September 29th:
- Justin Fields Over/Under 48.5 Rushing Yards
- Tyreek Hill Over/Under 5.5 Receptions
- Evan Engram Over/Under 2.5 Receptions
Justin Fields UNDER 48.5 Rushing Yards (-115, DraftKings)

Fields had 48 rushing yards in Week 1 against the Steelers and 49 rushing yards in Week 2 against the Bills but was forced to miss Week 3 due to a concussion. It’s far from guaranteed, but it seems plausible that he could be slightly more reluctant to run in his first game back from a head injury. It would also make sense for the Jets coaching staff to call fewer designed runs in his first game back following such an injury.
There is also the fact that Miami has faced 3 mobile quarterbacks so far in 2025 and none of them have run wild against them. Daniel Jones had only 26 rushing yards against Miami in their season opener. Drake Maye was held to only 31 rushing yards in Week 2. Josh Allen only totaled 25 with his legs last Thursday against the Dolphins.
Fields is a very capable runner, but this is priced near his 2023 per-game average. The matchup, coupled with his return from injury, makes the under worth considering here.
Tyreek Hill UNDER 5.5 Receptions (-140, BetMGM)

Through 3 weeks, Hill is tied for the team lead in targets, but that still has only netted him more than 5 receptions in 1 of 3 games. Against Buffalo in Week 3, Hill had a season-high 10 targets but still only had 5 receptions, and his 14.3% first-read target percentage remained relatively unimpressive for someone who has such a high line on his receptions prop.
Tonight, Darren Waller is expected to make his 2025 debut, which means another mouth to feed in this Miami offense – an offense that has struggled to date this fall. The Jets defense has done a reasonably good job against opposing WR1s so far this year as well, allowing the 9th-fewest receptions per game. There are thin margins for anyone targeting a Hill over in this spot, creating some value on the under against a decent defense.
Evan Engram OVER 2.5 Receptions (+110, bet365)

Engram missed Week 3 with a back injury but is slated to return to the field for Monday’s Week 4 tilt against the Bengals. Head coach Sean Payton and offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi have had nothing but good things to say about Engram this week, reaffirming their belief that they feel the offense is better with him on the field.
Considering that Engram missed only 1 game, it seems unlikely that he will face any workload restrictions this evening. If he’s full-go, it’s difficult not to like him in this matchup. In Week 1, Cincinnati allowed Harold Fannin Jr. and David Njoku to combine for 10 receptions and 100 receiving yards. In Week 2, Brenton Strange had 3 receptions. Last weekend, T.J. Hockenson had 5 receptions for 49 receiving yards against the Bengals.
Despite a relatively quiet first two weeks of the season, there are reasons to believe Engram is a core part of Denver’s passing attack, especially in short-yardage situations and on 3rd downs. He was 3rd on the team in first-read target percentage in Weeks 1 and 2. Facing a beatable Cincinnati defense this evening, he should have opportunities to contribute.
