Happy Monday! Week 12 of the NFL regular season will wrap up with a matchup between the Panthers and 49ers on Monday Night Football. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.
In Week 11, Bryce Young threw for a career-high 448 yards in an overtime win over the Falcons, leading Carolina to their 5th win in 7 games. Yet it isn’t all good news for Carolina right now. They won’t have their starting center this evening after Cade Mays was a late add to the injury report on Friday. Defensively, they will be without LB Christian Rozeboom and LB Trevin Wallace – 2 of their top-3 tacklers in 2025.
Meanwhile, the 49ers are the healthiest they have been in a while. Their defense is still thin on top-tier talent, with EDGE Nick Bosa, EDGE Mykel Williams, and LB Fred Warner on injured reserve. However, they finally have Brock Purdy back under center with a mostly healthy receiving corps around him.
Looking at the NFL Odds for Monday Night Football, it’s not surprising to see the 49ers favored by 7.5 points on the spread.

Best NFL Player Props for Panthers vs. 49ers
Here are my top player prop bets, with kickoff scheduled for 8:15 PM ET on Monday, November 24th:
- Christian McCaffrey Over/Under 71.5 Rushing Yards
- Brian Robinson Over/Under 21.5 Rushing Yards
- George Kittle Over/Under 56.5 Receiving Yards
Christian McCaffrey OVER 71.5 Rushing Yards (-114, FanDuel)
McCaffrey hasn’t routinely cleared this number in 2025, but he’s positioned for a big game on Monday facing a Carolina defense that will essentially be without their entire starting linebacker corps.
In Week 11, the Panthers allowed 114 rushing yards to Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier on only 28 carries, with LB Trevin Wallace not on the field. This week, LB Christian Rozeboom – the team’s leading tackler – has also been ruled out. LB Pat Jones is already on injured reserve too.
McCaffrey played a season-low 39 snaps this past Sunday due to a blowout game script. He should be fresh and ready to handle close to 20 carries this evening. The over has good value.
Brian Robinson OVER 21.5 Rushing Yards (-125, BetMGM)
Robinson benefits from the same Carolina linebackers as his teammate, Christian McCaffrey. Robinson is a clear RB2 in this San Francisco backfield, but he’s increasingly seen change-of-pace work as the season has progressed due to his efficient running.
In November, Robinson has played 7, 8, and 12 running snaps, and he’s had 5, 8, and 8 rushing attempts in those games. Facing an injury-depleted Carolina defense, he is a threat to break a long run. If he receives 5+ carries on Monday, he should have a great chance to clear this number.
George Kittle OVER 56.5 Receiving Yards (-114, FanDuel)
Kittle has had his 2 best games of the season in back-to-back games entering tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup against Carolina. He was targeted a season-high 9 times in Week 10, then he had another 6 targets in Week 11.
The primary risk here is that the 49ers could potentially run away with this game, which could lead to a lower snap count or fewer targets for Kittle if things get out of hand. However, it’s difficult to ignore how well he’s played of late and how good the matchup is for him with Carolina’s linebacker corps on the mend.
