Week 16 of Sunday Night Football will feature Drake Maye and the Patriots against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens from M&T Bank Stadium. Kickoff is set for 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.

Maye enters play needing a win to stay alive in MVP conversations and to keep the Patriots in sole possession of 1st place in the AFC East division. Jackson and the Ravens need a win simply to keep their playoff hopes alive heading into the final 2 weeks of the regular season.

Looking at the NFL odds for Sunday Night Football, the market is expecting a competitive game, with the Ravens favored by 3 points as of this writing. The total is set at over/under 48.5 points.

Best NFL Player Props for Patriots vs. Ravens

Here are my top player prop bets, with kickoff scheduled for 8:20 PM ET on Sunday, December 21st:

Drake Maye UNDER 20.5 Completions (+100, FanDuel)

This season, the Ravens have allowed the 9th-most explosive pass plays in the NFL. The consequence of this is that their defense ranks 17th in EPA/play, despite ranking 10th in success rate allowed. Since their bye, that gap has persisted – they rank 9th in EPA/play but 3rd in success rate.

During the 2nd half of the season, Maye has had very few standout games in terms of success rate. Notably, he had only a 45% success rate in Week 9 against Atlanta and Week 10 against Tampa Bay – both of those defenses rank 24th or worse in success rate since Week 8.

This is the best pass defense that Maye has seen in nearly 2 months. It wouldn’t be surprising to see him struggle.

Derrick Henry OVER 76.5 Rushing Yards (-112, FanDuel)

Since DT Milton Williams last played, the Patriots have had one of the league’s worst run defenses, ranking 29th in EPA/play and 29th in success rate. Henry had only 11 rush attempts last weekend against the Bengals, so he should be plenty rested for this key battle on Sunday Night Football. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Henry go over 100 yards in one of the most favorable matchups he’s had to date in 2025.

Keaton Mitchell OVER 25.5 Rushing Yards (-112, FanDuel)

Mitchell has quietly seen his playing time increase throughout the course of this season, and for a good reason. He hasn’t averaged fewer than 5.0 yards per carry in any game since before Halloween.

Mitchell had 66 yards on only 8 carries last week against Cincinnati and 76 rushing yards on only 6 carries the game prior. He might not need many touches to have a chance to go over this line this evening.
