Best NFL Player Props for Ravens vs. Steelers
Here are my top player prop bets, with kickoff scheduled for 8:20 PM ET on Sunday, January 4th:
- Lamar Jackson Over/Under 0.5 Touchdowns
- Marquez Valdes-Scantling Over/Under 0.5 Touchdowns
- Keaton Mitchell Over/Under 0.5 Touchdowns
Lamar Jackson Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+320, FanDuel)
Jackson has received quite a bit of negative press in recent weeks, but he had a full week of practice leading up to this game and appears to be in the best shape he’s been in since Week 3 for Baltimore’s regular season finale.
Jackson scored with his legs in the team’s opening game of the year and had 4 rushing touchdowns in 2024. The market is giving out a pretty good price on Jackson, as they are assuming he’s not fully healthy. It might be worth buying the dip.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+400, DraftKings)
Valdes-Scantling played a season-high 54 snaps in Week 17, including all 5 of the team’s snaps in the red zone. At 6’4’’ and 206 pounds, Valdes-Scantling is by far the team’s best red-zone option among the team’s available wide receivers. There might not be many points scored this evening, but this could be a play worth considering if looking for a touchdown scorer prop.
Keaton Mitchell Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+600, FanDuel)
Derrick Henry is clearly and obviously Baltimore’s preferred option in goal-line and short-yardage situations. That being said, Keaton Mitchell has big-play ability and had 3 rush attempts in the red zone in Week 17 alone. In Week 16, Mitchell had 1 of the team’s 3 red zone rushing attempts.
Mitchell is likely to get some work in this game. Facing a leaky Pittsburgh run defense, this is good value for him to break a long run tonight.
