NFL PrizePicks: Lions vs. Rams Player Predictions for Sunday Night Football
Happy Wild Card Weekend! While there were originally going to be three games on Sunday, the weather has dropped it down to two. However, the two left should still feature some high-level offense. The primetime game features the Lions vs. Rams with two potent offenses and all kinds of revenge on the docket, as Matthew Stafford and Jared Goff face their former teams. The high volume of skill players in this game opens up plenty of opportunities for NFL PrizePicks predictions for Sunday Night Football.

PrizePicks Plays: Lions vs. Rams
- Amon-Ra St. Brown – More Than 91.5 Receiving Yards
- Jahmyr Gibbs – More Than 20.5 Receiving Yards
- Puka Nacua – More Than 78.5 Receiving Yards
Amon-Ra St. Brown – 91.5 Receiving Yards
While Sam LaPorta is expected to play tonight, he’s still not 100%, and the Lions are also undermanned at receiver. It’s likely to be a big day for Amon-Ra St. Brown, who closed out the season with over 100 yards in 3 of his last 4 games. Tonight, he projects for 90.45 receiving yards in the RotoGrinders projections, which is actually under the number on PrizePicks, but I’m expecting the Lions to have to play from behind for a portion of the second half. I think the Rams come away victorious tonight, forcing Jared Goff to pepper St. Brown with targets to catch up in the fourth quarter.
Play: St. Brown – More Than 91.5 Receiving Yards
Jahmyr Gibbs – 20.5 Receiving Yards
After beginning the season without getting many touches, Jahmyr Gibbs is now a feature of the Lions offense. He projects for 27.36 receiving yards tonight in the RotoGrinders projections with a 64.68% success rate in the NFL Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks, the highest of the game. Similar to St. Brown, I’m expecting Gibbs to be heavily involved as the Lions are forced to pass the ball more in the second half after the Rams pull ahead.
Play: Gibbs – More Than 20.5 Receiving Yards
Puka Nacua – 79.5 Receiving Yards
One of the reasons I’m expecting the Rams to be the victors tonight is how great their passing game matches up against the Lions. Detroit has been one of the weaker pass defenses all season while thriving against the run. Nacua projects for 86.86 receiving yards tonight in the RotoGrinders projections. To close out the season, Puka had 4 of 5 games over 80 receiving yards until the final outing where he sat out the second half. I expect the Rams to be able to attack the Lions through the air fairly easily tonight, and it should be a huge day for the rookie stand-out receiver.
