The final week of the NFL season is upon us. It’s a confusing time from a DFS standpoint, as it becomes incredibly important to project teams based on if they need to win their games in Week 18 or not. There is a two-game slate for NFL PrizePicks on Saturday with one matchup featuring the Ravens playing their backups and another potential high-scoring affair between the Colts vs. Texans.

Each week, I’ll also deliver my top NFL PrizePicks predictions for Thursday, Sunday, and Monday Night Football. Use the PrizePicks referral code GRINDERS to receive a $100 deposit match to prep you for the NFL season.

PrizePicks Plays: Saturday, January 6th

Gardner Minshew – 239.5 Passing Yards

While the first game of the Saturday Night slate features two strong defensive teams in a game that projects to be slow and low-scoring, the second should be a fast-paced shootout. Both the Texans and Colts have been allowing a ton of points this year and that should be the case once again in Week 18. While Minshew only projects for 240.8 passing yards in the RotoGrinders projections, I expect him to be far closer to 300 yards against the Texans. It’s been awhile since Minshew has had a 300-yard game through the air, but he hasn’t had a matchup like Houston. While he’s faced plenty of other poor defenses, Houston actually has an offensive arsenal that should cause Minshew to have to air it out to stay in the game.

Play: Minshew – More Than 239.5 Passing Yards

George Pickens – 50.5 Receiving Yards

Pickens draws a really tough matchup against the Ravens on paper, but Baltimore also has nothing to play for as they’ve locked up the top seed in the AFC. The Steelers on the other hand are currently on the outside looking in of the playoff hunt and need a win to keep their chances alive. Mason Rudolph has taken the Steelers by storm since emerging as the starter, throwing for just shy of 300 yards in each of his two games. In that time, George Pickens has been a massive beneficiary. He has 326 receiving yards over the past two games on 15 targets. Tonight, he projects for 62.5 receiving yards and has proven that he could eclipse his number on PrizePicks with a single catch.

Play: Pickens – More Than 50.5 Receiving Yards

Devin Singletary – 62.5 Rushing Yards

This game projects to be close, fast and full of fantasy goodness. Devin Singletary has fully passed Dameon Pierce on the Texas depth chart at RB and has received at least double-digit carries in 3 of his past 4 games. The RotoGrinders projections have Singletary expected for 73.12 rushing yards tonight, well over his number on NFL PrizePicks. He’s had at least 65 rushing yards in 5-straight games on having at least 10 carries and should get plenty of volume in a fast-paced game against the Colts.
