What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
TastefulTides: Single entry and smaller fields are my preferred tournament format. Depending on where projected ownership lands, I will pivot from NJ1 to NJ2. Nico Hischier continues his amazing season, with goals in 4 straight games, which gives him 10 total in just 13 games. I also want to get to the Jets’ league-leading power play. Whether you want to get to a full power-play stack or just two or three pieces of it depends on your own risk tolerance and lineup construction.
boggslite: I am playing large-field tournaments. The matchups are fairly balanced, which should spread out ownership outside of Winnipeg and their top line. I like Winnipeg, but I will look to get different with the Rangers as my top pivot in tournaments. I don’t expect to take any huge risks at goalie, which is why I will likely be paying up at the position.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
