NHL DFS Picks: DraftKings Expert Survey for Friday, October 9

Who is your favorite skater to spend up for in cash games?

TastefulTides: Kyle Connor
boggslite: Kyle Connor

How do you plan to beat the field of opponents in the tournaments you will be playing? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

TastefulTides: It’s going to be hard to get away from Winnipeg’s top line. With Josh Morrissey already ruled out, stacking their first power-play unit is even cheaper, as Neal Pionk takes over as their QB. Since I am going to be playing the chalk Winnipeg stack, I will need to get different with my filler stacks and goaltending options.

boggslite: I plan to build around WPG/ANA, as it should feature plenty of scoring, typically concentrated on Winnipeg’s top line and Anaheim’s power play. PIT/CBJ is my second-favorite game to target and should also feature plenty of scoring. Washington is interesting, but their depth makes the scoring difficult to pinpoint. I won’t have much exposure to SEA/DET, as I expect that game to have low scoring.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
