What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
TastefulTides: Single-entry and 3-max tournaments are my preferred format. It’s going to be tough to fade the primary pieces of Edmonton. That means I will have to look to get different elsewhere. I don’t love anything at goalie, so that will be one place I will focus at getting contrarian. Ilya Sorokin is my favorite as of the early afternoon, but I will be leaning into %pOWN later in the day to make my final decision.
Joda: Single-entry tournaments are my preferred format tonight. Edmonton is the cream of the crop on this slate, with Anaheim on the tail-end of a back-to-back and the backup goalie likely starting. The Ducks waddled back from the brink against Calgary last night and have a tall task ahead of them against Connor McDavid and the Oilers. Value is limited tonight, but there are some worthwhile depth lines I like taking chances on in combination with Edmonton. BOS2 and PHI2 would be my favorite cheap ones.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
