What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
Moneyball16: Single-entry GPPs. I don’t really like the high-priced options outside of Colorado, so I will have more mid-priced lineups than normal. I am also having a hard time differentiating goalie value today, so I will do a lot of stacking my goalie with some of his teammates to focus on getting a win and rolling the dice on saves.
TastefulTides: Single-entry and smaller-field GPPs are my preferred format. There are several different directions you can go in constructing lineups this evening. That should lead to ownership being spread out. I am going to lean on the Avalanche heavily against the Predators, who have the 2nd-worst record in the NHL. Nathan MacKinnon and company should really dominate this game on home ice, especially if Roman Josi continues to miss games.
Hunter4ever89: With 11 games and lots of teams in decent spots, I will be narrowing my pool down and just playing 1-5 lineups. I will put them in both large- and small-field tournaments as I usually do. I will look to be overweight on WPG and COL players compared to the field.
