What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Moneyball16: Large-field GPPs. Goalie will change the quality of matchup more than normal tonight and should be adjusted for. Ottawa’s top-2 goalies are hurt, so Mads Sogaard is in net for them, and he is much, much worse than Linus Ullmark. Toronto has 3rd goalie Matt Murray in net, a step down from their main duo that has been excellent this year. With both of them playing yesterday, neither the Devils nor the Hurricanes have their regular starters in net, and it’s a step down to whoever is starting tonight.

TastefulTides: Single-entry and smaller-field GPPs are my preferred format. I am going to play Boston heavily this evening. They were embarrassed in Columbus last night, but tonight, they return home. The Blue Jackets are not the same team on the road, and I don’t think they can repeat what they did last night. I think Pasta will be too popular to play as a one-off, so I think he should be paired with at least one linemate.

Hunter4ever89: I prefer the small-field, high-entry tournaments again tonight. I will also be entering the main large-field contests. I will look to gain an edge with some late news from the teams on back-to-backs. Although it didn’t work well last night, I will look to be overweight on Boston’s top power-play pieces.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
