What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Moneyball16: Large-field GPPs – For an 8-game slate, there is going to be a ton of ownership on Nashville at home vs. maybe the worst team in the league. Any lineup without any Nashville skaters should consider playing the opposing goalie Alexandar Georgiev. This season, Nashville has had the lowest shooting % of any team, so in the case of Nashville skaters putting up a dud, not only would Georgiev be in a great spot to put up a huge score, but the large percent of the field who had played Nashville skaters would likely be taken out of the running for the top GPP prizes. Normally this strategy would be more of a smaller-slate strategy, but tonight is a unique situation.

boggslite: Large-field tournaments – I plan to have a narrow player pool focused around Nashville, Florida, and Tampa Bay. All three teams get a large concentration of their scoring from the top lines, and they have great matchups tonight. I will likely spend down at goalie in tournaments, looking for some cheap upside, which will give me the salary to load my lineups up at other positions.

Joda: Small-field tournaments are my preferred format. With a majority of rosters flooding toward a fully-correlated, red-hot NSH1, which is egregiously underpriced for the matchup, it is easy to get different from the field. One route that might work is spending up for a TB1 or FLA1 and utilizing Nashville’s depth pieces like Ryan O’Reilly and Gustav Nyquist.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
