What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

TastefulTides: Single-entry and small-field GPPs are my preferred format. Raw points will be at a premium with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl already ruled out for tonight’s slate. New Jersey will be the chalkiest team, but with such a small slate, I have concerns about rostering them in GPP formats due to the fact that ownership will likely condense heavily on them. I like the idea of pivoting to Anaheim and Dallas stacks to stack with my favorite goalies.

boggslite: Large-field tournaments – This is a tricky slate with only a few teams in playoff contention and several players out due to injury. The only truly elite forward is David Pastrnak, who draws a great matchup against a struggling Ducks team, but he has had his own struggles as the Bruins appear headed for a rebuild. I plan to load up on New Jersey, which draws a similarly great matchup against a weak Chicago team.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
