Monday, December 4th
We kick off the week with four games of National Hockey League action. The Calgary Flames, Washington Capitals and New York Islanders are tonight’s biggest favorites, and none of the eight teams hitting the ice are playing on consecutive nights.

Mike Smith, Calgary Flames – Without a big favorite on the board, safe goalie options are hard to come by tonight. With that being said, I am leaning with Mike Smith as he and the Calgary Flames host a struggling Philadelphia Flyers squad. The Flyers have lost 10 straight contests and their offense has really sputtered of late. The Flames on the other hand have been good on home ice, and Smith seems like the safest bet for a win this evening. If you can’t get on board with Smith, Pekka Rinne is a solid option as well. As for GPPs, Roberto Luongo seems like the best choice if you are looking for big save potential.
