Floor/Ceiling – A player’s floor and ceiling typically illustrates the low-end and high-end of their range of outcomes in a certain game. For example, in our NBA projections this season, a player’s floor will be their 15th percentile outcome, while the player’s ceiling will be their 85th percentile outcome. Generally speaking, we want to target high floors in cash game formats and high ceilings in tournament formats.
With Range of Outcomes projections, LineupHQ users will have the option to select a segment of a projection instead of the median this year. So, you can now lock in the floor or the ceiling of a player when building.

Hard to nail down this situation. Harden obviously wants out, but only a few teams (really only Philly) have the assets to get him. And the Rockets might just keep him out of spite (easily the most entertaining outcome).
