Rise & Grind: Tuesday, September 27th

Monday was all sorts of moving, exhilarating and tilting. Follow me as we take a look back to last night’s events, including both MLB and NFL activity, which were both in action. Exciting wins and crushing losses, as well as the results for game four of the best-of-seven series, Team Chalk vs Team Crazy. Let’s swim through.
The DFS Showdown – Round Four: Team Chalk vs Team Crazy
We are more than half-way through this wholesome competition against two teams filled with utter genius. Last night was round four of this DFS scuffle that includes Team Chalk (Derek Carty & Dean79804) vs.Team Crazy (Stevietpfl & TheSeigeDfs), and boy was it a juicy one.
I thought the people needed practice with voting for the upcoming election, so I put up another poll on my personal twitter page to see who y’all thought was gonna snag Game 4.
Here were the results.
This one wasn’t decided by lights out pitching, in fact between the four hurlers thrown out from the squads scored a combined 17.75 DK points.
Team Crazy opted to pitch Chad Kuhl who got smoked by the Cubbies, giving up 5 earned runs out of the 12 Chicago scored . Chad Kuhl finished with a woatful -3.85 DK points.
Team Chalk decided on rolling out Carlos Gomez in one of the three outfield positions allotted. Gomez ended with 20 DK points off of three hits and a stolen base against Matt Garza and the terrible Milwaukee Brewers bullpen.
Now I’d like to say this game was close at one point, but nope Team Cash ran away with this one winning by an embarrassing 38.85 DK points

Final Score — Team Chalk – 79.80 – Team Crazy – 40.95
Team Chalk now leads the series 3-1 and will have a shot to clinch the title tomorrow night as we move onto Game 5 of this thrilling series.
