SuperDraft DFS Cash Game Plays - Week 7

If you aren’t familiar with SupeDraft’s unique DFS Multiplier format and scoring catch up here

Essentially, contestants can break free from the restraints of the salary cap and roster anyone they want. Instead of price tags, players are assigned multipliers between 1x-2x. Not only is there overlay to take advantage of, but there’s also a learning curve for new users.

Here are my favorite plays for DFS cash game plays for Week 8.

QB Kyler Murray 1.15x – Arizona’s new offense, established by first-year head coach and Air Raid guru Kliff Kingsbury, is finally meshing. On Sunday, Murray completed 27 of 37 passes and three touchdowns against the Falcons. He added 32 yards on the ground, but Murray, like Jackson, is a threat to break away on the ground every game. The Cardinals have a great opportunity to build off their this week against the New York Giants. The Giants have been terrible against the pass and Murray is in store for huge game. He’s also a relatively safe play considering the Cardinals are passing on 70% of their plays and Murray’s rushing ability.

RB Saquon Barkely 1.1x – Sticking with the same game, it’s tough to ignore Barkley, especially with Christian McCaffrey on his bye week. McCaffrey has become a staple on lineups even in SuperDrafts’ multiplier format. Barkley is a great filler while McCaffrey is away. Yes, there are injury concerns but Barkley is reportedly all systems go and with the Cowboys’ on a three-game losing streak after starting off 3-0, the Giants actually have an outside chance to win the division. I expect them to be playing like they want to win the division this week against a Cardinals defense that is giving up a 48.73% rush success rate and 6.45 yards/play.

Wide Receivers

The wide receiver position is a little tough to call up at the top. We have Julio Jones against the Rams and Cooper Kupp on the other side. Below them, sits Michael Thomas who has been the second-most targeted receiver through the first six weeks of the season. Out of this bunch, I’m not betting against Cooper Kupp against the Falcons defense. Cupp actually leads Michael Thomas in targets and clearly has the best matchup out of the three. Julio Jones could face coverage from Jalen Ramsey and the Saints are playing in Chicago.

Tight Ends

You probably already know Evan Engram is a great play against Arizona’s defense, but if you’re looking elsewhere, then I have something in mind. As Rotogrinders’ own Erik Beimfohr points out, Mark Andrews had the highest Weighted Opportunity Rating of all TEs with Marquise Brown out. Brown is likely to miss again which bodes will for Andrews against the Seattle Seahawks. Andrews has a 1.35x multiplier which will help us build some points.
