Carlos Carrasco at Chicago White Sox: $47
Jack Flaherty vs San Diego Padres: $45
With so many big guns going the last few days we are a little lighter on the pitching depth tonight, but there is still a few guys at the top of the charts that make a lot of sense. In some ways, I really enjoy the days where we don’t have to pay the premium for pitching because of how much easier roster construction is obviously. Carrasco has been amazing all year and now gets to face one of the best possible matchups for right-handed pitching with the White Sox. They always scare me against left handers but not near as much against the right side. Moncada is really the only guy that will scare you at all against a good righty like Carrasco. With as good as he has been it actually feels like he is way cheaper than he should be, especially as the top option on the board. All year San Diego has been one of the best matchup for pitchers, but even more so against right-handed arms. Flaherty is one of the young stud arms making progress early on this year and it has been fun to watch as he gets more and more comfortable.
