Saturday, October 28th

Tonight, we have a nice eight game slate to choose from, let’s have a look at some of my favorite plays for the slate.

Point Guard

PG: Mike James, Phoenix Suns, $10
There are plenty of stars on tonight’s slate and not much for value plays as of the time of writing this. One potential spot for value is being able to grab the starting Suns point guard at min price in what should be a very fast paced game. As expected, the Suns rank 3rd in pace and 26th in net defensive rating and are always looking to run. Since the firing of Watson, they’ve done a better job at being competitive and James has been inserted as the starting point guard and he’s averaging close to 20 fantasy points per game this season. He leaped ahead of Tyler Ulis in the rotation this year for his offense and though Ulis had a good game in his last one and a minutes split is entirely possible, I expect James to have a respectable showing against Lillard, who’s not known for his defense.
