HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR GRINDERS PROFILE

Your Grinders Profile will capture some of your most important DFS information throughout your fantasy journey. This will extend beyond your username and avatar, and include things such as contest results, tournament wins, achievements and (most importantly) your overall rankings.

Navigating to your profile

Your profile can be accessed by clicking your user name in the top right of the global nav, then selecting “My Profile” from the drop-down. Please note that your user name will only appear if you’re logged in.

Adding screen names

In your profile, you should see a gray “Edit Screen Names” button. Click it. (Or, for a direct link to your Screen Names page, just click here.)

From the “Edit Screen Names” page, you should see a list of almost 20 different daily fantasy sites. Add the screen name you use on each, respective site and click the check mark to submit it.

Keep in mind, these are the site-specific screen names you use to login and play on each DFS site. It’s OK if they’re different site-to-site, or even different from your RotoGrinders username.

Why it’s important to add screen names

Adding your screen names to your RotoGrinders profile have two benefits.

The first is that it will enable us to aggregate your contest results from the DFS games you played in. This will allow you to participate in our Grinders Rankings leaderboards, as well as our Tournament Player of the Year race. Even if you don’t make it to the top, you’ll still be able to track your progress up the standings and earn some bragging rights as you become a better DFS player.

The second benefit is that it will allow you to participate in Grinders-only promos, including freerolls, giveaways, and subscriptions to Incentives, or premium content. By adding your screen names, we’ll be able to confirm who you are on other sites, and thus give you the right access to the right promo contests and content and the right time.

Editing your avatar and profile info

Once you’ve added your screen names, hop back to your profile.

Click “Edit Avatar” and upload the image you’d like to display next to your screen name. This can be a headshot, fantasy-related, a team logo – whatever you’d like.

Next, hop back to your profile and select “Edit Profile.” Here, you’ll have a few, final options of info that you can populate, including your Twitter handle and email preferences.
