On Thursday night, the Denver Nuggets (52-27) and Phoenix Suns (44-35) will meet at the Footprint Center. Entering play, Denver has realistically clinched the top-seed in the Western Conference playoff picture, with Phoenix likely ending up as the 4-seed when the postseason begins next Saturday.
Ahead of tip-off, the Nuggets have already ruled out Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. As a result, the Suns are favored by 12 points on the spread. Though motivations are tricky to decipher ahead of this contest, there is still value to be found on the player prop market for this matchup if looking for some late night action.

As the regular season draws near its conclusion, playoff teams are likely to start monitoring the workload of their players more closely, especially if they find themselves in a blowout game script. Of the last 17 guars to have an assist prop released against the Denver Nuggets, only seven players have hit the over. The smart lean is to the under in this spot at such a high number.
